All Pulsonix variants are now supplied with an autorouter. In situations where a more powerful autorouter is required the optional shape-based Advanced Autorouter is available as a cost option. This autorouter uses a modern multi-pass cost-based conflict reduction adaptive routing algorithm meaning that where smaller finer pitched components on denser boards have been placed, a higher completion ratio is achievable.

The Pulsonix Advanced Autorouter delivers an extra dimension of performance for Pulsonix users with fast, high completion rate autorouting on the most densely packed, multi-layer designs. A high performance router delivering minimal overall track lengths and via counts; the Pulsonix Advanced Autorouter provides the ideal outing solution for large or complex designs.
Our Advanced Autorouter uses a modern multi-pass, cost-based, conflict reduction algorithm to find a routing solution adapted to the natural flow of the nets. Adaptive routing algorithms are the only proven approach to reaching high completion rates on the modern generation of designs.
The Pulsonix Advanced Autorouter gives you the quality of routing result you would expect to get from a board that has been painstakingly hand-routed. Along with this, you get speed and completion rates normally only associated with autorouters that are much more expensive.
The Pulsonix Advanced Autorouter is integrated into the Pulsonix PCB design environment, so, no exporting of designs or importing results, just click and run using a dialog-driven interface for ease-of-use.
Run DO Strategy files
The Advanced Autorouter can run DO strategy files. These files are a pre-defined list of autorouter commands that allow you to batch up and control how the autorouter will behave. So, for example, you could tell the autorouter to run a fanout pass 5 times, autoroute 10 passes, then smooth it for 20 passes. with additional controls for all aspects of the autorouter the DO files provide consistent strategy controls over your designs.
