Rapid Technical Support

The first point of contact for all customers who have a current maintenance contract should be your local distributor. They will be able to provide you with assistance on all technical issues, and operate in your own local timezone. If you don't know who your local distributor is, please contact us and we will be happy to give you the details.

If for any reason you find you do need to contact our head office Technical Support team, the telephone hotline is open to maintenance-paying customers during UK office hours, and the email contact is support@pulsonix.com.

No maintenance contract?

If you don't have a current software maintenance contract, you may wish to contact us about signing up for one.

As part of our unrivalled service, maintenance customers get access not only to rapid Technical Support, but also to priority fixes for critical software problems that might arise.
