 Component related text missing from top side?

I have a problem with test display. Component names are not displayed on the top layer (neither silkscreen or assembly layer).

If I flip the component to other side, designators are shown.

I can add text manually to the top layers and it is visible.

Is there some option to not display component names on certain side of the board that I could have checked by accident.

Press key c for the colours menu, select Attributes, check the settings for the attribute <Component Name> on top and bottom side.
