I need to create massive number of components: for example entire E24...E192 resistor series in all common chip cases (0201...0805). For the resistors alone this comes to over 1400 positions, so not feasible to be done manually.

I know how to find parts in libraries, but how do I create new ones? I can't seem to find a method that would just create a new part, that I could later write to the library.

On the same note: how can I delete a part from a library?
