On a very small number of systems, attempting to use any of the STEP features results in an error message 'Failed to load 3DIO.DLL'. This is usually attributable to some missing system files, or the wrong versions.
You should be able to resolve this by downloading and installing the MSVC80 side-by-side assembly files provided on our downloads page (from the home page, choose Support, then Tool Downloads).
