 ERROR part "..." has no footprint symbols defined

What can be the reason for the subject error?

I created a part component and added a PCB footprint, but when I exit I got this message. Same when I try to access the symbol. But when I'm in the symbol I can see the footprint I choose.

I solved restarting the software
