Wishlist: Option to display net names on pads

Currently it's possible to display netnames on tracks in the layout. It would be great to have an option to display net names on pads too. It's useful during initial component placement and also makes it easier to select nets to assign own color.

This requirement has already been implemented in Version 9 due for release this year.
