When emailing Support, please inform us of the version/build of Pulsonix you are using and if the request references design data or functionality on a design, include the design data/libraries/technology files etc or an example design that will replicate the behaviour itself.
Also include step-by-step instructions to ensure we replicate your actions so to see what is happening.
All of this will ensure a quicker response and assist during the investigation process.
