If your Pulsonix software is locked to a HASP USB key and you are using Windows 8, you need to be aware of a potential incompatibility issue with the SafeNet drivers for the key if you are updating your o/s to Windows 8.1.
Before doing the o/s update, you should first look at updating your driver as the existing one may be rejected by Windows Update as incompatible.
