 default for "Replace references in Parts"?

When renaming a scm symbol, which is used by an existing part, this relation is lost.
To overcome this there is the check box "Replace references in Parts" in the rename library item dialog.
Is there a setting/option to change the default of this to be checked?

There is not currently a way to have this on by default.
